Heading Tags - Default Heading Tag Appearance
Heading Tags h1 - h6

Heading tags should always be used to represent topic headings.
GENERALLY speaking, there would be only ONE h1 tag placed on a page,
but there could certainly be more than one h2 tag (sub headings)
If you find yourself needing a ton of h2 tags, there is a very good
chance that you should be dividing content on that page to additional
pages.
Heading tags are NOT about what the page LOOKS like. They
are about structure.
- The h1 tag tells the search engines that the text included
within that tag is the MAIN TOPIC of that page.
- The h2 tag tells the search engines that the text included
within that tag is the SUBTOPIC of that page.
- The h3 tag tells the search engines that the text included
within that tag is the SUBTOPIC of the SUB TOPIC of that page.

Example of Heading Tag Structure Layout
DOG TRAINING (topic = h1 tag)
House Training Your Dog
(subtopic = h2 tag)
Supplies for House Training Your Dog (sub topic of subtopic = h3
tag )

Default Heading Tag Appearance
As noted in the samples below, the default font size for the
H1 and H2 heading tag is very large. You can however, easily control
the size through the use of CSS.
