You've ended up in the right place to learn the basics of SEO,
along with many valuable internet marketing strategies, to increase
online business profitability and visibility in the search engines.
We provide a structured SEO training class through our private
Yahoo group:
SEO Techniques. The online class is 100% free and is email
based. You work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
The SEO Training Class helps small business owners learn the
basics of search engine optimization to increase the visibility
of their business in the search engines. By combining these techniques
with excellent marketing skills, you will be well on your way to
building a successful online business.
Once we accept your membership request to join the class, you
will begin receiving the SEO training lessons in your email. All
replies and assistance, along with necessary clarifications, are
posted in that group. These SEO lessons are step-by-step tutorials
which teach you to optimize your site from the ground floor up.
You never have to worry about falling behind in the training
class. When we finish the course we start over, back at the beginning.
As long as you remain active, there is no limit to how many SEO
training class sessions you may attend!
THE SEO TRAINING CLASSROOMS
Topic Division of the Classes
It is unbelievable to me that it has been more than four years now since we
first began providing free SEO training. The first several months
were spent finding our footing, and making decisions on what did
and did not work for an online classroom structure.
Long time SEO class members, know that many times we depended
on trial and error to eventually find the structure that has been
the most effective for the training.
What began as one small SEO training class, has grown to thirteen active groups.
Four of these groups provide the structured online
training classes which were created to help you develop a successful
online business. The remaining groups are optional interactive
discussion groups provided strictly for members of our training
classes.
We have divided the primary training into four classes to help
keep things organized. Although website development and tech training
are optional, we require membership in both the SEO Training Class
and also the Successful Website Marketing Training in order to participate
in the free classes.
SEO Training Class
This class is designed specifically for SEO training. At the
beginning of each session I send a lesson plan listing which lessons
will be taught, and in what order they will be taught. Please
note that the group is structured as an online training course
for individuals interested in learning the basics of SEO.

Successful Website Marketing Training
This classroom was created to provide assistance in developing
a financially successful online business. Topics will include,
(but are not limited to) web design tips and lessons, online marketing
strategies, developing strong writing skills, tips on increasing
site traffic, and learning to focusing on your target audience.

Website Development Training Class
This optional training provides website development training
with a special focus on small business owners. The classes are
provided as an additional resource, for members of the SEO Training
Class. Current topics include, but are not limited to the basics
of HTML, CSS, and other valuable website development topics.

Tech Training Class
This training includes structured tech classes designed to
supplement the training provided to members of our SEO class.
Training topics currently includes RSS feeds, installing WordPress,
PC maintenance & security, and installing website forms.

The groups are designed to work together. If in SEO training
we are teaching keyword density and content tips, the Successful
Website Marketing class will be covering tutorials and training
designed to help develop strong writing skills. When the SEO training
class is covering heading tags and reducing unnecessary code, the
Website Development Training class will be teaching basic HTML and
CSS training.
As with most things in life, our growth is not yet complete. The topics
are continually evolving as the needs of our members have continued
to grow. We are planning and working on many new exciting changes
for the groups, but our primary focus of helping people help themselves,

SEO Training Class Registration Information
Our current
SEO
training session began on May 15, 2008. These training classes are designed in a
manner to allow you to follow along at a pace that is comfortable for you. We
expect the next session to begin June 17, 2008. You do not need to wait for a new class to begin
before joining. You are welcome to join training at any time.
